PAYMENT*i prefer full payments, first full or mid progress full payment.*last full payment are only for trusted clients.*i don't do holds/payment plans unless you are trusted.*i dont refund sketches.*refunds will be deducted once i start/share progress.*only ask refunds halfway the progress.* if you pay the rush fee, and it passes 42 hours, you're allowed a full refund of the 35-50$.*if i am close to finish, or i am finished, you cannot ask for a refund. you can ask for changes within the art though.
LIMITSkeep in mind i will approach you with updates, do these things i will drop you, you're able to get a refund unless if it is sever.i am easily pressured, do not press your luck.
*keep things professional, daily conversation makes me uncomfortable. you will be dropped.*when it comes to commissions, do not convers, be overly pushy or "friendly" to gain advantage or benefit, you will be dropped.*indecency/hostility will not be tolerated, you will be dropped.*spamming/harassing for updates will not be tolerated, you will be dropped.*if you're too severely and repeatedly hostile, indecent, pushy, overwhelming, it causes me to dysregulate and shutdown. i will drop and not refund you.
COMMERCIAL*the fees can be discussed, but the general range is 50-100$ usd since it's permanent.*paying the fee doesn't remove/cancel out the credits, we can negotiate credit removal.*commercial fee is for complete control and ownership of the character, merchandise, promo of a show, ect. since you'll be gaining monetary benefit, you need to pay the fee.
CREDITS*when using art in pfp, banner, credit is needed.*designs credits are on the characters reference/profile only, when public posting it is optional.*gift art and commission art credit is optional, but within its description please credit.*in-game sales, merch and commercial credits are crucial, especially in description credits.*paying commercial fee doesn't exclude credits, unless discussed.*credits are needed unless i say otherwise.
DESIGN*DO not delete the design.*do not add more to the price unless you add commissioned art and had bought it.*please do not change the entire color pallet.*please do not change the design to be unrecognizable.*minor and moderate changes are okay*if you own the design, you can design a kin/relative for them.*you can edit the design image, just keep the original version separate from the edited.

ALTERING*you can ask me to make changes of commissioned work or designs you own from me.*you cannot alter general images from me, especially if you don't own said design/commission.*only alter/edit the original image of said design IF you OWN it.*keep my original work, even if you had edited it with designs. keep them separate.*alternate pallet/design choices are to be discussed with me, you need my permission.*alterations i am okay with the design are minor color swaps within the same pallet or general minor additions or changes, do not make the design unrecognizable, keep it as recognizable as you can.
pallet, pattern, traits and form included.e.g. the character is previously consists of pink, purples, with minor blues and yellows.what's not allowed
you change the characters pallet into majoritaly a desaturated blue and make yellow its secondary, scarce or non of the previous pallet shows.what you can do in this situation, you can desaturate the pallet as is, you can swap the secondary colors. you can swap within its same pallet, a soft pink to a red'ish pink. ect.
WORKSPEED*for one piec of art i take 3 days to a week, two weeks at most.*for batches of art i take 1-2 weeks, a month at most.*when you pay the rush fee it is expected to be finish within the few hours to a day, 2 days at most.*i will update on any delays when possible.
